Yoga for Beginners
Pranayama is a form of yoga which consists of breathing exercises and recently science has proved that the pranayama breathing cures the body naturally and is kind of the specialization field of Ramdev Baba. Its also helpful in reducing obesity.
Below I am stating some of the most advised yoga’s of Baba Ramdev for beginners.
Sit in the lotus pose, take deep breath in and breathe out the air completely. Do this for about 2 minutes to 5 minutes max. This helps in curing thyroid, tonsils etc.
KapalBhati Pranayam
Sitting in the lotus pose push air out forcefully such that the stomach will itself go in. Do it for 30 times or for about 1 min while starting. Increase to 15 minutes gradually.
This pranayam helps to cure deadly diseases like cancer, hepatitis N, liver functions and even AIDS. This also helps in weight reduction.
Anulom Vilom Pranayam
Close your right nostril with the thumb of your right hand and breathe in from left. Now close the left nostril with the middle and ring finger while opening your right nostril and breathe out through the right. Now do the reverse. Do this for 10mins.this helps in reducing blood pressure, depressions, clearing heart’s blockages, arthritis, migraine pain, Asthma etc.
All pranayams and yogas should be done in empty stomach after clearing your stomach. When you feel your stamina is increasing for more strenuous yoga’s. Hope the article helped you.
