Stomach gas and gas pain are general problems that a person suffers in his lifetime. It is very embarrassing when you pass gas with stinking smell in any social gathering or family get-together. What is the need to suffer from it when you can heal the same using proven home remedies? Generally gas and gas pain are caused by the air that you swallow. If you eat and drink in a fast manner or if your stomach had breakdown of any indigested food, these will end up in severe gas pain. Here are some home remedies to prevent gas or heal gas pain.
- Blanch the lemon verbena leaves and drink.
- Mix 1tsp of grated ginger and 1tsp lime juice. Have it after the meal. It is a good remedy to cure gas pain. Massage the belly with fennel oil to get relief from the pain.
- Take a cup of boiling water, put powdered or sliced root in it. Hold it for 5 minutes and then have it. Repeat this thrice a day.
- Cook the parsley leaves briefly and drink it 3 or 4 times a day.
- Take 2gms of passion fruit. Blanch and meld it with ¼ cup of water. Have it daily.
- Put 2tsp of peach leaves in one glass of boiling water. Wait for 15 minutes and then have it.
- Drink chamomile tea or peppermint tea.
Coriander seeds are considered to be the best remedy for gas and gas pain.
