Yoga is the form of exercise which helps a sick person recover and a healthy person maintain and improve the health. It’s advised for all ages and all stages of life. However which yoga’s are to be practiced is our topic of main concern. For children we have different yoga, same goes for adults, men, women etc. similarly we have a different set which are to be practiced by pregnant women only.

During the time of pregnancy performing yoga is highly recommended as it has much benefit. This stretches our limbs and provides flexibility to the spine. This also relieves us from back pain.

Seated Forward Bend (Paschimothanasana)


Paschimothana asana relaxes your body and mind, stretches your hamstrings, shoulders, and spine, relieves stress, and improves your posture and concentration

Hero Pose (Virasana)

This asana helps us to strengthen our limbs and improve postures.

Fish Yoga Pose

This asana provides relief from stiffness of neck and shoulder muscles and tones up your spine.

Sage Twist Yoga Pose (Marichyasana)


The marichyasana helps the abdominal organs and spine. Avoid doing this pose if you have chronic spine or back injury.

Ujjayi Pranayama

This asana helps you get rid of excess phlegm, wind or bile thus protecting your body from many diseases.

Corpse Pose

This pose is followed at the completion of all asanas. This helps in the relaxation of the body. This asana is easy to see, but difficult to perform.
