    hi,what is said above is true.from age of 12 i have been sufferring alot.
    hot water bottlle was my best temperory home remedy un till 2 years ago.
    then Sb from India who provides good home remedy for diabetes had provided me few leaves powder. whic has changed my whole life story.now i don’t eat any pain killer or use any substitute to reduce pain.even my period flow is very clear not like before with blood clots or blood peices.my sugar has com down .i’m not using insulin anymore.my elder sister cramps also reduced after having sb medicine but our both medicines are different.this is 1st time in so many years I & my sister both enjoying christmas together.
    consult sb if you can’t controll your sugar level or mc cramps.

    best advice what sb has given me is to do massage on lower stomach ,below naval with some mustard seed oil.i still do it.it helps a lot in reducing cramps &pain + it reduces stomach fat.thats great what all ladies want..
