Chamomile Tea- Bathe your joints in chamomile tea. Take boiling water and steep about 2 to 3 teaspoons of dried or fresh chamomile flowers. Strain decoction and let it cool. Use the liquid to take bathe and say bye to painful joints.

Flaxseed Hot Pack- You can also make a hot pack using flaxseed that is to be used on the affected region.This home remedy for bone spur has found to be really effective when it comes to relieving pain.

Curcumin- This is indeed another way to treat bone spur problem. You can have 500 to 1000 mg curcumin i.e. the yellow pigment found in turmeric around 3 to 4 times in a day. You need to take this on empty stomach.

Last but not least, you can even make use of the ice pack to cure bone spurs. The ice pack needs to be applied on the affected region and pressed with care. Further, the cold and hot packs can increase the flow of blood in affected region thereby proving to be an effective way to cure bone spurs.
